Comfortable Stay with Great Facilities
10.0The location is great, with a mall nearby and plenty of eateries within walking distance. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. The staff, especially the security guard, were very helpful and friendly. The host was also helpful, although responses were sometimes a bit slow. The swimming pool was excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained.
− There was nothing I particularly disliked. Overall, the stay was enjoyable. The only small disappointment was that the sauna was not available for use.
Clean and convenient; will stay again if I am back in PJ.
10.0Just a few steps from a nice mall with many good restaurants and the Village Grocer. The apartment was clean and had a washing machine that worked well. Cold A/C, fan and ceiling to floor shades to keep the unit cool. Mgmt team was courteous and responsive with requested supplies by the next day.
− Caveats: need to provide more hand/kitchen towels and rolls of toilet paper for a multi-day stay. Also the step down to the shower area could use a strip of white/yellow along the edge given the black floor.

1.0− Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and did not match the property’s advertised condition. Upon arrival, we found several cleanliness and maintenance issues, including a dirty toilet with a strong unpleasant odour, paint chipping in multiple areas, a dirty sofa, and yellowish bedsheets that did not appear properly maintained. These conditions made the accommodation feel unclean and unsuitable for our stay. As a result, we decided not to proceed with the booking and returned the access card immediately. We hope the management will address these issues to ensure future guests receive accommodations that accurately reflect the listing and meet basic standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
