9.0Ottima struttura per due persone, forse meno per tre in quanto non eccessivamente spaziosa, molto ordinata e molto pulita, dopo quattro giorni abbiamo avuto il cambio della biancheria, unica piccola pecca il parcheggio vicino nn sempre si trovava (almeno in agosto). Ottimo anche il rapporto con il sig. DARIO. Consigliata come base per dormire e girare per turismo o andare al mate

10.0Appartamento nuovo e arredato con gusto, con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Si trova in un vicolo calmo ma vicino ai vari commerci. Situato nel centro di Mondica Alta, a pochi passi dal Belevedere Pizzo dove si ha la vista di tutta la città! L’appartamento è fresco, non abbiamo avuto bisogno di usare il climatizzatore ! Molto pulito e ben organizzato. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile… ci ritornerò sicuramente !
Not recommend for longer stay or a family of three
4.0The location was OK, not too far from the centre and we enjoyed climbing the steps up and down. Architecture on the surrounding streets was unreal and neighbours very friendly, although a little bit noisy... Kitchenette was handy and a large fridge was much appreciated.
− We were disappointed with the hot shower capacity... it certainly couldn't serve three people in a row. It was just about enough for one person to take a shower and others had to wait till the evening or till the next day. Be aware if you are booking for more than two people. It wasn't suitable for the long term stay as they didn't come in once to clean it in 5 weeks!.. I would imagine it is nice and cool in the summer months, but it was cold, damp and gloomy in May... the only sunshine you get is in the morning. It is also next to a noisy street. Again, I wouldn't have minded it for a few nights, but it was exhausting for a month. There were other things that I didn't like, but I just don't want to go on and on...
All was as expected. Everything's new! Loved Dario. He was so helpful and present.
