− Onze kamer, junior suite met zwembadzicht was totaal niet in overeenstemming van wat je van een suite verwacht. Het was een ruime kamer maar in het oude gedeelte op het eerste verdiep. Licht van de ganghal scheen ‘s nachts naar binnen. Airco functioneerde niet goed. Handdoeken werden dagelijks ververst wat heel goed is maar de kamer zelf werd niet gepoetst. Ook veel lawaai van de andere kamers, en veel geluid van de mensen die de lift ‘s nachts gebruikten of zich door de gang naar hun kamer begaven. Verleden jaar hadden we een superior room met zeezicht en die was veel rustiger en mooier dan deze zogenaamde suite. Ook nu kregen wij toegang tot het privé zwembad boven maar dit was slecht onderhouden, troebel water en veel algen. De ligzetels die in het water onderaan opgesteld waren, zagen groen van de algen en niet meer wit. Weinig cocktails gedronken want het is puur suikerwater. Het eten op zich viel wel mee. Personeel in het restaurant was dikwijls niet vriendelijk. Slechts enkele dames die al lachend opdienden. In het begin van ons verblijf geen wifi in het hotel maar na enkele dagen was dit probleem opgelost. De laatste nacht zouden wij om 4u ‘s morgens opstaan om tijdig op de luchthaven te zijn. Dus rond 23u naar bed. Om iets na 1u ‘s morgens gaat plots onze kamerdeur open en staat de nachtreceptionist in onze kamer! Ik schrik me rot en zijn uitleg was dat er een alarm kwam van onze kamer en of alles ok was. Ja alles was ok maar ik heb Natuurlijk niet meer geslapen tot het uur van vertrek. De uitleg die we kregen Bij het uitchecken was dus weer dat onze kamer een alarm gaf. Heel raar dat ze dan plots in uw kamer staan. Al bij al hadden wij een fantastische tijd in Ibiza. Het blijft een magisch eiland.🏝️

− Eerste dag geen WIFI, daarna zeer slechte connectie met WIFI aan het zwembad. Van zodra men buiten kwam was de WIFI connectie zeer slecht.

− La piscina di sopra era talmente sporca che era evidente e quella di bellezza sotto dove scola l’acqua della piscina principale era piena di alghe e puzzava
