9.0Appartamento molto carino e curato nei dettagli. Due condizionatori, cucina e camera (non si trova dapertutto) due televisori connessione internet con fibra. Walter ci fa trovare caffè e acqua fresca in frigo, anche questo non è scontato, in altre parti trovo il frigo vuoto.
Ottimo appoggio per gite o come nel ns caso campionato di atletica leggera

7.0Appartamento piccolo ,ma molto carino e ben attrezzato nel centro storico di Grosseto.Il Letto è comodo e la posizione è abbastanza tranquilla.Infine Walter (il proprietario)è stato molto gentile.
