1.0− After staying there 5 or 6 times I was told I was not allowed to stay there anymore cause I was a local..not only that there were several cockroaches in my room when I was there other than that everything was great
Rooms not as advertised on website!
2.0The location was fine. Snyder is small and it didn't seem like a bad area. Quiet at night. Beds were clean and comfortable
− When I booked online, it said I was getting a two BEDROOM suite, but when I called to ask about a different matter, I was told it was two BEDS in one room. The online booking also said this motel is pet friendly. I put a note in saying I had two well behaved dogs (I know they typically reserve certain rooms for pets). When I checked in, I was told they do NOT accept pets, however the rep reached out to the owner and they did make an exception with an extra charge (to be expected). When entering the room, it looked NOTHING like the photos advertised. The laminate floors were bubbling in places, old paint splatter on the floor, floors were dirty, couch was not clean and when Iifted the cushion, it didn't look like it had been cleaned out in YEARS. Full of crumbs and dirt! This room was NOTHING like what was advertised!
