− Room wasn’t terribly clean. Hair in shower and floor sandy and dirty. Food wasn’t great and tables sticky.

1.0− Me surgió un problema personal y no fueron capaces de ofrecer ninguna solución, me solicitaron documentación personal y para alargar el trámite en el que no me solucionaron nada. La atención y compromiso con el cliente no es su prioridad cuando ven que pueden cobrarte sin mover un dedo.
