7.0I loved the location. The area is very peaceful and picturesque. The view of the canal is very refreshing. The rooftop pool was a welcomed alternative to the beach, the kids really loved it.

8.0The view was beautiful, the apartment was clean and spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Were happy with everything and had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend it!
− The pillows in the second bedroom (the one next to the bathroom) had brown stains on them. I had to use a large towel to cover the pillow I was using. Other than that, I had no complaints.
The place was safe & clean with good customer care. I will visit again .
10.0Staff was very friendly & welcoming- The receptionist was more welcoming, guided us where to collect the keys . Securities & cleaners were more friendly. The place was clean & safe. One of the cleaners MR Zwane showed respect & care when he collected dust bins & even ask if we are still enjoying Durban.
− need to fumigate the kitchen, it had small coach roaches. Please add air fresheners in bathrooms.
