We had a fantastic stay at Villa Sveti Petar! The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The heated pool was wonderful, and we especially loved relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi after a day of exploring the Opatija area. A special thank you to Josip, who was an excellent host. He checked in on us during our stay, maintained the pool, and was always available to help with anything we needed. His kindness and attention made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would happily come back again!

Aussicht für Genießer.

Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Aussicht und liegt absolut ruhig. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann auch das Meer und einen schönen Strand erreichen, es geht aber ganz schön bergab und bergauf. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die Rundumbetreuung von Josip, der uns sogar zum nächstgelegenen Einkaufsmarkt geführt hat, oder auch mal leckere Cevapcici vorbei bringt. Bei ihm haben wir uns hervorragend aufgehoben gefühlt. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an ihn! Toll sind auch die Zimmer, sie bieten viel Platz, gute Betten, und dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat, ist perfekt für ein Haus, in dem zehn Leute unterkommen können.

− Weniger gut war die Größe der Küche, die für die genannten zehn Leute einfach viel zu wenig Platz bietet. Hier wie auch in den Bädern fehlt es an Abstellflächen, man tritt sich gegenseitig auf die Füße. Was leider - für uns - auch ein Problem war, war die Ausrichtung des Hauses genau nach Osten, so dass die Sonne um vier Uhr - im Juni- nicht mehr die Terrasse erreicht. Für Frühaufsteher mag das aber kein Problem sein. Alles in allem ist auch das Jammern auf hohem Niveau, wir haben den Urlaub natürlich genossen.

Amazing villa for group of friends

Amazing villa with great jacuzzi and pool with heating, also each room has its own bathroom and beds are very comfortable. The host was very welcoming, provided us with useful tourist information and cleaned jacuzzi and pool from time to time. Kitchen is very well equipped, we had everything we needed, the whole villa was sparkling clean and had all the essential amenities anyone would need. We enjoyed every day of our stay here and will book this property again definitely.

Please note that pool heating is available upon request from 8th of April - 1st July & 1st of September - 15th October at an additional charge of EUR 20 per day. Expected water temperature while the pool is heated is 25 °C - 27 °C. Kindly keep in mind that if pool heating is not used, pool is free of charge for all guests.

Please note the outdoor jacuzzi will be available from 15th of May, 2023.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
