8.0In der Fußgängerzone gelegen Supermarkt und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in geringer Entfernung. Kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe (10 Minuten) Sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
− Die Küchenutensilien sind etwas unvorteilhaft verteilt.

8.0Casetta molto carina, location perfetta per una coppia, abbastanza comoda al lungomare, bello il giardino interno, materasso e cuscino comodo, Conad a due passi, la proprietaria molto gentile, bagno con finestra e molto spazioso, aria condizionata efficiente..
− La scala per raggiungere il soppalco è molto ripida, adatta a una clientela giovane, scendere di notte se serve il bagno può essere scomodo, nel caso si può dormire sul divano a piano terra, i parcheggi nelle vicinanze sono a pagamento consiglio parcheggio gratuito sulla banchina al porto, queste le uniche pecche l'appartamento è molto bello e ben posizionato.

9.0Centrally located in Viareggio, near shops & restaurants. Alessia was very friendly and provided all the information for a great stay. A Cozy apartment 100% efficient and fully equipped. A nice place to stay for the summer or the carnaval weekend.
