− More details and communication would have been helpful. For instance: received email regarding the removal of rubbish and the necessity to do so to avoid any extra cost but no details about how to purchase the special orange refuse sacks and then where the refuse collection stations are in the village. Moving luggage to the car park was a nightmare. The chalet next door provided a shuttle service through their chalet management service, this would have been so helpful. The taxi companies do not answer the phones and would not be flagged down in the street. The chalet itself was very nice and comfortable- we had a lovely stay. The access demands fitness!! Especially if you have a lot of luggage.
