Disappointing and frustrating.
3.0It was great to have a property which included our dogs. Lovely big windows, with a view of the sea, however they were filthy with salt build up, and you could not see out of them. I discussed this with the manager when he came to the property as there was no hot water on day 1 (the gas bottle was empty, and we missed flicking a switch. He said that it was a film on the windows which they could not get off. This was not the case as I was able to draw a cross on one of them. The grounds were unkept, and the overall place was looking very tired. Light bulbs blown, missing switches for the fans are a couple of things I noticed. Then my sister in law left her jacket behind. I received a quite an abrupt email, with photo evidence, and a $20.00 fee for the cleaners time to take it to the Post Office. When I asked to pick it up, it had to be referred to the “Operations Team” with a convoluted difficult response to pick it up. After being hounded I relented and had it posted, all up costing $35.00 🤣 At least I have peace. There are no screens on any windows or sliding doors, this could enable a great sea breeze. With some maintenance this place could be great.

7.0View lovely. Management very accommodating with requests for early check in . Clean and good supply of glasses and plates etc. wine and chocolate a nice surprise thanks.
− Bed uncomfortable in 1 room. No hooks in bedroom (1 that there is upside down. Having to share bathroom with 8 people. No large coffee table in lounge for sharing nibbles. Lighting poor in kitchen. Overall, not a big deal but could improve
