9.0Beautiful property and a great location. The staff is very nice. Our room was enormous and very comfortable. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Excellent location.
− The service is a bit lacking relative to the type of property. No coffee machine in the room or available elsewhere on premises, other than in the breakfast room or the coffee hour from 4 to 7 PM. No turn down service (which all the other hotels we stayed in Ecuador had). The food in the restaurant is mediocre.
