9.0We were in Oak Harbor for three nights, this was a very nice find. Good location (only a few blocks to my son's house, easy walk to Pioneer street with its eclectic shops. Very clean and had all the amenities needed. Very quiet. Very welcoming host, even had wine and chocolates as an arrival gift. Lots of kitchen supplies, including coffee, cooking oil, oatmeal.
− Very little comes to mind. We tend to cook in some, and as is typical, the kitchen knives were time-share quality. I should know to bring a couple of our own. But not complaining
View Harbor Downtown R&R - A Most Wonderful Getaway!
10.0This is a really terrific place. I'm so lucky I found it almost by accident. It's in a really great location with a view of the Bay. Literally minutes from most of the popular retail shopping. Exceedingly spacious accommodations, that are well done and tasteful yet still comfortable and welcoming. Parking is terrific, close to the entrance but not in the way and you can see your car from the kitchen window. The innkeeper, Nancy, is superlative. Nancy is truly an expert at world class service. There wasn't anything that I wanted or needed or thought of that Nancy hadn't already taken care of. Nancy is very professional yet with an ease and friendliness that is very, very welcoming. I really didn't want to leave but I certainly intend on going back for another stay. With location, accommodations, and Nancy it was a 5 star getaway without hesitation. Thank you!
