− A limpeza do quarto estava um pouco a desejar, no geral eram mais algumas partes de moveis que tinham aspecto de sujo, além disso a entrada tendo que acionar a portaria foi um transtorno que atrapalhou a experiência.

Praticamente tudo, realmente muito completo com móveis e eletrodomésticos novos e um excelente filtro de água.

− 3 coisas incomodaram: - o barulho (não tem isolamento acústico): é possível ouvir até a conversa dos entregadores no interfone. A cama fica junto da janela virada pra rua. - Não ter um interruptor de luz junto da cama - Falta de uma manta leve pra se cobrir, pois tem somente um edredon muito quente (de inverno)

Great location! Walkable area with lots of restaurants and sights close by.

− Electronic entry was problematic from the start and ended with us being locked out of the unit the night before we left. The apartment is on a very busy street and the bed is closest to it. We were not told about the ongoing construction next door which used all types of machinery well before 8am. The bed did not provide egress on both sides—to avoid one person having to climb over the other during the night, we slept sideways with our feet hanging over the edge. We were provided one hand towel, two bath towels, and one half-dollar size piece of soap for two people. When asked for additional supplies we were quoted a price of R$70, and told we could opt to use the washing machine in the unit to wash our towels; however, we were not given laundry soap for even one load. We would have had to buy lau dry soap to wash their towels. This was also the case for using the dishwasher as no soap was provided for that either. The “well-equipped” kitchen had a small fry pan and a small pot—nothing for baking purposes. Two plates, two saucers, and two small fruit bowls. Cooking was out of the question. We weren’t even given a roll of paper towels. The balcony/patio space is wedged between the apartment building and the one next door that is under construction, and it was, consequently, unusable. The apartment is basically one narrow strip—approximately 10 feet wide not including the bathroom—divided into sections.
