Ripped off and had to explain to my company why I had booked 2 accommodations for the same nights.

Nothing

− Everything, DO NOT book this place...... I booked and paid and when I requested details for access to the property I was told that the cleaner had taken the keys to Manchester and there were no spare set so they would cancel my booking with booking.com and issue a refund. They never got in touch with booking.com and as such booking.com would not issue a refund even though I had to book a second property through booking.com for the same date literally minutes later. I chased them for over a month with promises they would sort it but never did

Bellissimo appartamento nella zona di Anfield, Stanze molto curate e letti comodi. Presente una cucina attrezzata a una bella tavola per mangiare insieme. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la presenza sia della lavatrice che dell'asciugatrice.

− Peccato solo per un piccolo inconveniente con la rete Wi-fi, che però non ha influito sul nostro ottimo soggiorno

The house was good, location for us was amazing, house was clean.

− Had an issue with getting the code to get in - requested an earlier arrival which was agreed but still sitting on the doorstep ringing to get the code, eventually had to ring booking.con. There wasn’t a parking permit left for us - I was very worried I might get a ticket.

Liverpool meccsre érkeztünk, a szállás a stadiontól kb. 5 percre volt, a környéken kettő nagyon jó reggeliző hely található. Busz megállók a stadion előtt vannak. Nagyon szép nagy ház, három hálószobával. A szállásadó nagyon rugalmas volt, minden levelemre rögtön válaszolt , bármilyen kérdésem volt.

We received a message from john the owner before we arrived explaining that our parking space was in place outside the property and how to open the key box. For two of us this place was enormous with plenty of space high ceilings and an enormous tv. After switching the heating on it warmed up very quickly and with a small shop 2 minutes around the corner everything went to plan. We met John on our last day just before we left, he was a very friendly chap and couldn't have done more to help.
