Very friendly and sweet staff, not all of them speak English though. Lgbt friendly tuc tuc drivers in front of hotel, lgbt spa next door, safe area, very good breakfast and kitchen and kitchen services

What we liked most about this property was its excellent location, which made it easy to explore the area, along with the lovely saltwater pool. The staff were a real highlight of our stay, everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. When we requested a room with a bathtub after our first night, the hotel kindly upgraded us free of charge, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and while the lunch and dinner meals were fairly standard, they were still enjoyable. With its great location, wonderful staff, and the renovations currently underway under new ownership, the hotel has plenty of potential to become an even better place to stay.

− Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that were disappointing. The hotel was undergoing construction during our visit, and while the noise was minimal, it would have been appreciated if we had been informed before our arrival. Both rooms we stayed in had a noticeable sewer smell, which detracted from the overall experience. The biggest concern, however, was the condition of the mattresses. Although the beds were comfortable, we discovered that one mattress was old, stained, and falling apart, and our own mattress also had stains and dead bugs on it beneath the sheets. Additionally, there were spider webs above in the shower. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance, and these issues significantly impacted our overall impression of the property.

A little disappointing.

Staff were great as always.

− I have regularly stayed here (under the former Rambutan) as while is was a little out of the way I liked that it was child free and that served breakfast til 12 - it no longer is/does either. This should be reflected on booking.com as it still shows as adult only It was also disappointed to hear that renovations were being carried out only when I was checking (in once my room had been booked and paid for). In likelihood I would probably still stayed but felt they should have been more upfront. While I will probably not be staying here in the future I still wish the owners the best if luck in their new venture. Things change and I understand they are taking a new direction which is why I have still rated 7.

Tôi thực sự yêu thích khách sạn này, nên khi về tới nhà liền đánh giá và giới thiệu cho mọi người. Khách sạn đẹp, sạch sẽ, nhân viên cực kì thân thiện và dễ thương. Vị trí thuộc trung tâm nữa. Có bán đồ ăn, có hồ bơi, dễ dàng di chuyển, nói chung là hoàn hảo đó. Đừng nhìn ít đánh giá mà không chọn khách sạn này vì nó mới đổi tên nên có ít đánh giá thôi, chứ trước kia nó đông khách lắm. Hiện nay đang nâng cấp lên nữa, nên rất rất là mới luôn. Thêm nữa, là hồ bơi rất sạch, sáng sớm đã có người dọn dẹp, thay nước, vệ sinh hồ nè. Đồ ăn ngon, bữa sáng miễn phí (tôi thật sự cảm kích và trân trọng khi đồ ăn sáng bị kêu dư, mà được các bạn nhân viên gói để tôi đem theo làm thành bữa trưa).
