10.0Conwy is very pretty and its people are extremely friendly.
Home from home -everything you need
10.0Excellent position, close to shops, coast and castle. Rooms were lovely. Very tasteful extension enabled a lovely kitchen with bifold doors to the garden. Very cosy, yet spacious and a garden which allowed sun and shade. Mandy who services the house was very communicative. Home from home. We will return.
− Parking was difficult outside as cars passing are very close and there is a risk of bumps/scratches to the paintwork , so we paid £8.50 a day in the car park.
Our second visit, we loved it again and will be back!!!
9.0Everything. The quality of the property is amazing.
− The double bed on the first floor is very hard and the blinds upstairs unworkable.
We thoroughly rnjoy
9.0Property was centrally, located and nicely furnished and provide it with everything we would need to enjoy our stay
− A fan would’ve been nice on the third floor bedroom when it got stuffy at night and the shower could be cleaned more thoroughly. Lack of parking around the property is a challenge, but having a paid lot close by was a plus.

10.0What an adorable accommodation! We stayed here four nights in July with my husband and four teen & tween daughters. The historic character of the house was so charming, and still everything felt clean and updated. The living room had plenty of space for us to gather. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. We really appreciated the washer AND dryer. The bedrooms were good sized, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We appreciated the room-darkening shades, since there was so much light in the summer at night. The patio was a great place for breakfast in the morning. Communication with the host was very good. We were able to text with the host and received timely and helpful responses. Information through Booking.com and posted in the house itself was clear and helpful. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. The location was wonderful, in the heart of quaint Conwy. I loved being able to see the castle from the upstairs windows! We enjoyed morning and evening walks just exploring the town, the town walls, and the paths along the water. For dinner, our favorite meal was at Dylan’s (book a day or two ahead). The upstairs has castle views, and the food was great! We also enjoyed pizza at Johnny Dough’s. We used the bus and train for day trips to Llandudno and Betws y Coed, which worked pretty well. For Betws y Coed, buses and trains run less frequently, so plan ahead carefully. We bought the 1bws day passes for the bus (they had a family group discount), and it was quite reasonable and easy. You can do it online on the Arriva website/app or with the bus driver. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
− When we were there, we were blessed to have very warm weather. We opened the windows in the morning and evening to cool things off, which worked well, especially on the main and first floors. The upstairs was naturally warmer, and we had the windows open all night for a pleasant breeze. This made things a bit noisy for the upper bedroom during the night due to the seagulls in town. I want to say that this isn’t specific to this property- I think it would be the same at any accommodation in town when the weather is hot. I just wanted to mention that if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs for the top floor bedroom (my daughters in the other rooms could close their windows while they slept and had no noise issues). We loved our stay here and would totally stay here again! I just mention this as a heads up.
Exceptional
10.0Great place - our second visit. In centre of Conwy - but very quiet overnight. South facing kitchen with windows opening to the private patio is a great feature when the sun shines.
