If we had seen the exterior before committing, we certainly never would have considered it.

− The key access was not given until a credit card verification was taken. The entry to the property is disgusting - a lot of rubbish lying about, weeds and the entrance door was filthy and covered in mildew. No instructions regarding appliances, heating and TV (TV was disconnected) and we were unable to operate it. No door mat at or after entering from a muddy forecourt. No drinking glasses, coat hangers, bed lights. The toilet seat was broken, and the only mirror was a small bathroom mirror, also broken. Towels were stained. One of the two dining chairs was broken, and very uncomfortable. The photographs showed twin beds, but in fact had been joined, and the bed linen was the incorrect size, too small. The duvet was too narrow. The only casual furniture was a chaise with what appeared to be a cigarette burn.

My stay at cosy 1, was a pleasant one, probably a strong 7 out of 10, and I would stay there again.

− The only issue I had, was the neighbour parked his car one night, deliberately blocking me in, which made me late for work in the morning
