5.0The building is really nice, the gardens are amazing and beautiful. Really good food at the restaurant.
− The bedroom was too small. The bed also was too small for 2. One pillow was dirty. Noise came from the road near to the hotel .
It was very pleasant

− Staffing poor and customer service variable some staff are lovely some are clearly not suited to a customer facing role. Food in main restaurant was not to the standard of previous stays
