8.0The hotel staff were very accommodating and actively supportive. They responded to our requests very quickly and kindly. The villa itself was a great layout with plenty of space for everyone who went on the trip with us. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, utensils, etc. The grill was also a really nice touch. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean and looked lovely.
− There was no water filter in the villa and no water was provided. We had to ask the staff to buy water for us and then we had to pay for it. I think the villa should probably come with drinkable water at a bare minimum for the price point. Additionally, the hot water for the first floor bathrooms didn't work well meaning that showers were a bit uncomfortable.
