The location was great and the space in the apartment worked well for my family.

− The entire apartment was unkempt, very grimy, and clearly not well maintained. I also think the apartment should be better stocked with more towels and basic supplies such as sugar, coffee, etc. The bedding was filthy, there was dust gathered in various places, and there were visible stains. The sofa was also filthy and was in desperate need of either a thorough cleaning, replacement, or at the very least, a sofa cover. The shower head in one of the bathrooms was barely hanging on and popped off several times due to the water pressure. I was unable to sleep in the bedroom I had chosen because there was no AC and the heat was unbearable. As a result, I ended up having to sleep on the filthy sofa instead. This apartment has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, the overall feeling I get is that the owners simply take the money and don't care enough about the guests staying there.

Beide Toiletten konnten wir nicht zuschliesen weil das Schloss kaputt war.

I would prefer to go to the dentist rather than come back here.

La ubicación. Sólo la ubicación. Any other place would have been better than this.

− La atención al cliente fue pésima. La alarma sonó desde las 19 hasta bien entrada la madrugada y nadie nos respondió de atención al cliente. Tuvimos que andar 45 minutos ida y 45 minutos vuelta a por las llaves, si no, tienes que pagar 50 euros para que te las lleven. La ducha y algunos enchufes rotos y otras cosas desgastadas, desde luego no es de lujo. Se negaron a darnos factura, la tuvimos que reclamar a Booking. Les pedimos dejar las maletas, solo maletas, dos horas más y nos dijeron que no. Jamás lo recomendaría.

La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena, cerca a muchos sitios turísticos y al transporte público

− La falta del aire acondicionado, desde nuestra llegada se informó que no funciona y el técnico llegó tres días después casi en el momento del chek on

Posizione ottima in un bel quartiere, spostamenti e servizi intorno perfetti. Appartamento ampio e bellissimo giardinetto da sfruttare col sole. Max disponibilissimo per il check-in.

− Ci sono tanti lavori da fare all’interno, a partire dalle prese di corrente scoperte e la doccia da regolare e aggiustare. Una maggiore cura lo renderebbe bello, così è decente.
