Great view, lovely furniture, and excellent privacy from neighbors. Strong internet connection. Proximity to beach access and dining options.

− Kitchen gets hot quick when cooking, but completely manageable. The shower curtain in the main bathroom makes it very dark when showering. The master bed would benefit from 2 more pillows.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is the perfect location to the beach and the boardwalk!

The location was great! We loved the fully stocked kitchen as well. Super convenient.

− The only thing I could warn others about is if you have small children, it is a 4 story walk up. This can be hard when you have small children you have to carry plus luggage. Also the whole place has white/ tan carpet. Even in the dining room. Our kids are 1 and 2 so they are pretty messy eaters.

Ocean view, great location, lots of room

− First off, I didn’t stay in this unit. I was told it was ready upon arrival; but then a woman rushed out to say it wasn’t and ask that I come back in 2 hours. I was changed to another unit when I came back. Prior to the trip I had three people constantly emailing and pushing me to send a picture ID with me holding it beside my face. Being that my husband and I are professionals, I think you can figure out what this was all about from the beginning. The mattress was stained! The bathroom rug was dirty. The room was on the fourth floor —not the third —with no elevator. There were no curtains at the entry of the living room on the floor to ceiling glass door. Although it was conveniently located to food and entertainment, the bedroom was on the front/street-side of the unit where drunk people were reveled and so were motor cycles and trucks well into the morning. When I checked out and tried to relay the condition to the staff member, she cut me off, told someone over her shoulder to check it out took the keys and said thank you as she walked away. No sorry about that, No have a safe trip. And to this day NOONE has reached out. Note: if you book this room you have to sign a contract and will be dealing with owners, leasing office staff and a third person.
