1.0Location was central on a main road
− The minute we entered the property, there was a strong smell of mould and mustiness. There were stains on the ceiling from where rain had leaked in the master bedroom and mould stains in the children’s bedroom. We noticed the property managers as soon as we got there and told them we could not stay there due to the mould and how it would affect my children and my elderly mother in law who was staying with us. They were not helpful and we found another hotel to stay in that we paid for ourselves. - there are also about 8 flights of stairs to climb up - the whole building had mould and smelt musty - it is an old building so the photos reflect that the apartment is nice enough but the entire building is old and not looked after - the property managers are difficult to deal with and unhelpful

− No warning about no LIFT!! so many stairs to climb. Also, there was a sewage smell in one bedroom and hallway that was difficult.
Fantastic base for exploring Como and surrounds.

− Entryway to the building was dark with the lightswitch across the other side of the room. A sensor light or similar would be a great addition.

− הדירה בקומה רביעית ללא מעלית(כ 100 מדרגות), ההגינות מחייבת לציין את זה בפרטי הדירה לפני ההזמנה. קיבלנו רק סט מפתחות אחד - מפתח לדירה, מפתח ללובי ומפתח לחדר המדרגות, זה אומר שכל פעם שלא יוצאים ביחד מהדירה מישהו צריך לתזז 100 מדרגות כדי לפתוח את דלת חדר המדרגות. הביוב בשתי המקלחות היה סתום. במקלחת אחת לא היה מקלחון,

− Dark entry and several levels of stairs to access. Unable to exit the property without a key. Only one set of keys provided.
