7.0− The shower soap was horrible because it was hard to wash off your skin.
It was fine.
8.0The location worked well for us. The front desk lady was very pleasant.
− The price was high for the amenities you get.
We were in the area to see the lake and town.
9.0It was in a nice setting. It was quiet and the people were nice.
− The joined room door didn't feel secure. There wasn't anything else to complain about.

10.0I loved the suite we stayed in! very clean and comfortable!
− not much not to like. there's always room for improvement. There should be free coffee in the front desk area as an alternative to whats in the rooms. also the desk employees should describe the restaurants and a little about the resort. information about where things are. like the ice machine too.
