− Cheguei as 11 horas para ver o ambiente, pedi informações sobre o horário de check-in, o sr que me atendeu muito ríspido quase grosseiro, me disse que era só as 15h,ok. Cheguei la pontualme as 15h e os hóspedes anteriores estavam saindo e a sra estava ainda fazendo a limpeza, para eu poder entrar. Então nota 0 nesse ponto.
