Worst experience ever – reservation cancelled on the same day
1.0Our stay never happened because the host cancelled the reservation on the same day, just as we were arriving in Porto. This is not only disrespectful to the customer but also completely unethical. In all my years using Booking, nothing like this has ever happened to me. They didn’t offer any alternative accommodation, so we had to find another place at the last minute — more expensive and farther from Porto. We had to change all our plans. Terrible service. I definitely don’t recommend booking this place if you want to avoid last-minute problems.

− Telefone de emergência, não atendem. Mesmo informando repetidamente que é 24h. Processo de check-in foi extremamente complicado e levou 2 horas aproximadamente, noite, chuva, frio, e a porta não abria. Desconheciam o nome correto e senha da rede wifi . Equipamento desligado. Tive que providenciar por minha conta a solução do problema e informar a eles. E eles replicaram de volta como se eles estivessem informando. Não sabem redigir corretamente texto na língua portuguesa. Ambiguidades. Portugueses gentis e prestativos do prédio e do comércio tentaram ajudar, mas ninguém da empresa atendem aos telefonemas.
