Rumah bersih, perabot lengkap, peralatan dapur x lengkap dan servis agen kurang memuaskan.
3.0Kemudah parking yg tidak mencukupi dgn 1 lot paking walaupon kami menginap seramai 9 orang
− Penerangan untuk mengambil kunci dan access keselmatan tidak diterangkan secara jelas... Bagi kami yg tidak tinggal di kawasan perumahan berkeselamatan sedemikian perlukan penjelasan yg lebih detail.
Clean, big space only agent not so smooth process at check-in
8.0Facilities all good and clean, big space for big family. Only the agent running is not so smooth, check in at 3pm, but at 3pm only she revert and ask the deposit of RM300 when im in front of the guard aprtment! After bank in the depo, only she give the instruction and take key at mailbox etc -- at 340 only we can go in to the unit. Not so smooth i would say, she should arrange this much more earlier. We are in big families with 2cars, 1 car need to pay for parking overnight. But overall unit is very clean and big space, plus with washer machine

− deposit is too expensive. there are some damaged items. There are torn and smelly sheets. the bathroom has stagnant water on the floor and clogged holes. some air conditioners are not cold enough.

5.0− The last day before check out the rooms black out 😭 luckily we want to check out around half and hour after that situation happened….not sure of why but we hope the owner may aware of this matter ya 🙏🏻🥰
