10.0Πολύ καθαρό, ηλιόλουστο,με 2 μεγάλα μπαλκόνια μπρος και πίσω.Το μπροστινό μπαλκόνι είχε ένα καταπληκτικό καθιστικό,με θέα.Ωραια κουζίνα, καινούργια έπιπλα,με πλυντήριο ρούχων,σιδερο-σιδερωστρα.Το μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα αυτού του σπιτιού είναι η τοποθεσία του.Κοντά σε όλα και το αεροδρόμιο μόλις 4 λεπτά.Κατω από το διαμέρισμα υπάρχει ένα καταπληκτικό ζαχαροπλαστείο με γλυκά-αλμυρά και καφέ και έχει και τραπεζάκια να καθίσεις.Ο οικοδεσπότης Δημήτρης, ευγενικότατος και εξυπηρετικός.Αν ξαναπάμε Ηράκλειο θα είναι σίγουρα πρώτο στην προτίμησή μας.

10.0我們一家（先生和兩位年幼的孩子）住得非常開心！ 房東非常友善又熱心，門口牆上還貼心地設有提醒板，並提供推薦的餐廳資訊。 房子整理得非常乾淨整潔。 室內裝潢現代、實用且舒適。 有提供嬰兒床，對我們帶小孩的家庭非常方便。 我們有租車，房東也提供了停車位，十分貼心。 地點非常方便：位於市中心，靠近海港搭船處，離機場也不遠，步行就能到附近的麵包店、咖啡館和超市。 有洗衣機可以洗衣服，還有一個陽台可以曬衣服。 房子採光非常好，陽光充足，住起來很舒服。 小提醒：每天使用熱水前，記得要先到門口旁邊的電控箱，將熱水開關打開約10分鐘，之後可以關掉，基本上一整天都夠用。
