− one aircon was not working
Good for few nights - but poor organised management
6.0+ price is "ok" for what you get + location is silent and not far from city + clean + friendly stuff (not management) + drinking water + appliances are ok + parking in front of the house
− Negative: unorganised & chaotic management of the house delivered unpleasant disadvantages/organisation to us. - they delivered a telephone number in booking com welcome message where nobody is available - then they delivered this number again with the words that it is only for viber and whatsapp. But my whatsapp messages were not even read 3 days later. - location was hard to find and nobody was available (the security of the Subdivision was needed to help us) - wifi was not accessible because they delivered (twice) wrong login password - they asked for a deposit of 3000 pesos AFTER we already checked in. - aircon is only old and loud window type, temperature is adjustable only "low" and "high". High was needed in evening (hot season) but later in the night that was too cold, switching to low was needed. - the curtain of the bedroom to the street is thin. In evening with inside light people from outside can see you and in the morning the sun is waking you up very early and then grilling you.
We had an awesome stay, my family loves the convience of being able to cook our meal and the whole place is pretty quie

− Basic kitchen stuff and toilet seat cover needs to get fixed. Beds are not as comfy.
