10.0Easy process, entered a easy to remember key code at the front door, then a second code to obtain the apartment flat door keys once inside, I always placed the door keys back into the lockbox when leaving the flat.
− Don't think anything much could be changed, maybe a bigger key box, as sometimes it was tricky to get it to close again and actually lock... had to be careful because it would seem to lock but could open the key lock box without actually entering the key code again.

10.0Easy to contact host, quick responses, apartment so central, car park very close by, clean rooms, well resourced.. Perfect. Definitely recommend.

7.0The location is very good - it is right on the market square and a perfect place to explore Ludlow. The kitchen has everything you would need for a longer stay.
− There was no wardrobe and not much space to unpack. We only stayed three nights, so it wasn't a problem, but for longer stays its not ideal. The flat has two large sash windows that catch the sun all day and the microfibre bedlinen is cosy warm - great for colder weather, but if you arrive during a heatwave, as we did, it is problematic. Entering the flat from the cool hallway was like stepping into a sauna. There was a great fan that was quiet enough to keep running through the night, but it didn't make a difference to the temperature inside the flat.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily return.
8.0Clean, comfortable and well appointed….everything you need for a few nights’ stay! A great, very central location, with wonderful views over the busy, interesting square (but without the sounds). Good information from the owners, especially about the car parking.
