8.0Nice staff and easy to check in, they gave us a small thank you gift which was sweet. Great size room and bathroom. You do have to pay 20 per adult to use the pool and spa which wasn't made aware of before

10.0Elsinore Hot Springs is one of the few economical Hot Spring hotels you can stay in within the state of CA. The gentleman behind the desk, George I believe his name was is a very gentle soul.

6.0Check in was quick and easy. We had parked in the dirt lot to check in and were given a parking spot in front of our room. Room was warm and musty smelling, my husband said it smelled like cat urine when we first went in. The wall A/C was working double time to try and cool off the room. But at least it worked. The doorframe to the restroom looked like it had been damaged recently and the hit plate wasn’t installed correctly so the door couldn’t be closed correctly. The door to the kitchenette had an issue closing as well. We unfortunately had a family next door and one of the kids kept banging on the wall during the day but luckily they stopped at night. We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the spa or other pool amenities. I’d probably book a room here if I needed to in a pinch but I’ll probably try a different place next time.
