10.0The entire experience completely exceeded all of our expectations! Not only were the staff incredibly intensive, but they really went out of their way to make the experience something truly special. While it was raining on our original Safari day, staff were quick to shuffle activities to make sure that we still got to enjoy kayaking on the lake and do an early morning Safari before we departed.

Unforgettable location and service.
10.0The Kulu campground is exceptional, it is a case of “you get what you pay for”. We didn’t eat a single meal in the same location during our 3 night stay, the highlight was proposing to my fiancée via a candle lit dinner on the wharf, breakfasts in the tree house and seeing leopards in the wild. The best thing was the service from the staff led by our guide called Sam. Nothing was a problem, coffees arrived as early as 5am before our morning safari, made my proposal as special as possible and everything in between.

10.0Everything is pure perfection: the staff is super professional and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The food was amazing and the place, well so beautiful it gave us shivers of happiness. We cannot strongly recommend enough! The rooms are spacious and cozy and you see plenty of wildlife all around you. A kayak tour on the lake is a must! The breakfast in the tree house was so gorgeous, one of the best ever! Thank you so much to the whole team!

7.0The staff absolutely make this experience. They are super-friendly and go out of their way to make the experience special, especially around meal time and during the safaris. Nothing is too much trouble.
− The tents feel quite outdated and could benefit from a refresh. Lots of bugs & spiders able to get in the room and the AC unfortunately cut-off repeatedly. A communal lounge area to sit & relax would also be really beneficial, especially as the rooms weren't that enjoyable to spend a lot of time in.

Besonders schön war, dass wir jeden Abend an einem anderen Ort mitten in der Natur speisen durften. • Service: Das Personal war unglaublich fürsorglich und herzlich. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit bestens betreut und wurden sogar aufmerksam zu unserem Zelt begleitet. • Erlebnisse: Die Safaris waren faszinierend und perfekt organisiert. Dank der Erfahrung unserer Guides konnten wir alle Tiere beobachten – sogar einen Leoparden, was für uns ein absolutes Highlight war. Insgesamt war es eine unvergessliche Reise voller Genuss, Natur und Gastfreundschaft. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen!
