There were Fantails flitting around day & night - a magic place

8.0Environment - so close to bush and birds, love location, very close to family. Nice wee retreat.
− Had a couple of issues owner fixed them immediately. Big mosquitos! Another mesh over 1 more window would help airflow

3.0We took our own breakfast
− We were very concerned about the lack of handrails on most of the deck areas; for someone with balance and/or mobility issues the outside areas were unsafe. Fortunately we did not experience heavy rain or high winds but this would have made the area very hazardous, particularly in darkness.We doubt that the area would conform with relevant building and health and safety regulations in NZ. In our opinion the site should not be relet until these issues are resolved.
