1.0− If I could give zero stars, I would. We arrived at the property on time, suitcases in hand, standing outside the door, only to receive a last-minute cancellation notice. We reached out to the owner when we hadn't received check in information and all we got back was a curt cancellation message after we were already there, exhausted and stranded. This wasn't just an inconvenience—it was a complete failure in basic decency and professionalism. Fair play to Booking.com who helped us secure new accommodation fairly quickly, but this owner shouldn't be allowed to use the site moving forward. We had planned our trip carefully, booked months in advance, and trusted this host to hold up their end of the arrangement. That trust was completely misplaced. Do not book this listing if you value reliability, communication, or even the bare minimum of respect for your time. Shameful.

8.0I wasn’t aware I had to make a 12 minute round trip walk to collect the keys from a shop with my case and a friend with down syndrome if I had know I’d of got out of the Uber there also had to return the keys to the shop on departure
