9.0Le logement est très joli avec une décoration très réussiesur le thème de la mer Il est près de la mer avec une vue sur celle-ci Pas loin des commerces Et il ne manque de rien pour cuisiner La vaisselle est très agréable
− La météo impossible de profiter de la piscine Une seule fois le bruit d'un bar Mais pour Las Americas c'est très calme

9.0Appartamento molto carino, spazioso, pulito e confortevole in una zona tranquilla di Costa Adeje, a pochi passi dal mare e dalle principali attrazioni turistiche ( ristoranti e locali). Consigliato a chi vuole godersi maggiormente le spiagge e la movida di Tenerife ma rimanendo in un quartiere abbastanza tranquillo e silenzioso. Vista mare dal terrazzino molto carino dell'appartamento. Non ho avuto contatti diretti con i proprietari ma si sono mostrati disponibili per messaggio. Consegna chiavi tramite box protetto da codice: funzionale! si può parcheggiare l'auto nelle strade vicine ( negli stalli bianchi o non delimitati da strisce). Non abbiamo faticato a trovarlo ( però posso parlare solo di Gennaio che là è bassa stagione).
− Avrei aggiunto qualche tovaglietta per la cucina che mancava, per il resto niente di negativo da segnalare.

8.0Emplacement idéeal près des plages, restaurants, station de bus, superettes, station de taxi. Appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut.
− Douche un peu petite. La hotte de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas. Orientation du balcon pas idéale en hiver car le soleil n'arrive jamais. Je suppose qu'en été c'est mieux pour la fraîcheur.
