− The fact that I paid them had to give a wellfair fee of £30 to get the code for the box which I dont even get back, there is pool table and table tennis but all the pool cues and table tennis bats are broken so can’t even play🤷🏼‍♂️

Location was ideal for ironman bolton , it had two bathrooms with shower so never had to wait to use the toilet or shower , let us check in early , would definitely stay again

− Unfortunately, this stay fell well below acceptable standards. The most significant issue was repeated early-morning noise from a neighbouring property, including alarms sounding for extended periods before 6am. This was not an isolated incident and had a serious impact on sleep and overall wellbeing. While some external noise can be expected anywhere, the frequency and severity here made the property unsuitable for rest. More concerning was the cleanliness. After moving rooms, the bedding was found to have visible brown stains on the duvet and sheets. This raises serious questions about hygiene and whether linen is properly changed between guests. Photographic evidence was provided to the host. Equally disappointing was how these concerns were handled. Rather than taking ownership and seeking a reasonable resolution, responsibility was repeatedly deflected onto location disclaimers, “external factors,” or implied reporting issues. Requests for a fair and proportionate remedy were refused outright. The property itself has potential, but cleanliness standards, noise impact, and guest care were not handled appropriately. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this listing, particularly for anyone who values sleep, hygiene, or responsive hosting
