− Lack of inside sink, plumbed bench like most motel units was disappointing. Up to 2 x nights ok but needed for longer stay.

− No river view stated like stated in ad. No netflix again stated in the ad. Having no sink wasn’t pleasant.
Great spot close to town, great amenities
8.0Beautiful little studio style accommodation, great location (as I like to be close to any surf) but otherwise close enough to Mandurah central (<10min drive). The space was clean and comfortable and well thought out.
− No sick for dishwashing etc (except bathroom)
The Unit was lovely decorated perfectly great for a nights stay,
9.0We had our own food. Coffee tea cereal and milk was available.
− We were messaged after the booking by the host that a mistake had been made in regards to the price we paid, we paid 162 Dollars for one night, and the Host messaged me via whatsapp to say that it should have been 220 dollars, the Money was removed from the Visa card immediately, I did message her back and gave her the opportunity to cancel us and give us a refund, that offer was not taken up by the host. I did offer to pay the extra amount. This is the first time we have experienced this as seasoned travelers US, Europe Asia it took as back a little, NO car parking was available had to park on the street verge.

7.0Good location. Clean and well decorated. Comfortable bed! Lovely patio with table and chairs.
− There was no sink in the kitchen, only the bathroom. The host took our dishes to wash but it felt a bit strange. It was a little dark.
