Lovely property in a central location, gorgeous kitchen area and lovely view of the river.
8.0Great location, lots of room for us. We liked the quirky property and character of the place. Lovely kitchen space.
− Although generally well stocked, the lack of wine glasses was surprising! The stairs are pretty steep but as described, its a bit dark by the gate area so an extra light would be helpful.

10.0Home from home . Everything you need and more . Quirky layout with space for everyone . Loved watching people walking down the Main Street and also the quietness of the church at the rear . Lovely patio area in the garden . All so relaxing . We all loved it . I would go back just to read all the interesting books there!
− Stairs to bedrooms a bit tricky for me but kids loved it .

10.0The property was beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. Gorgeous open plan kitchen and living room with historic beams and well fitted kitchen. Bedrooms very nice- worth being in contact with the helpful host if you have queries about beds etc if you’re a larger group. Stunning village, with a path right down to the river just through the church gardens. Thank you so much for a delightful stay!
Cosy retreat in Topsham
8.0The apartment has been very tastefully decorated and was very comfortable.. It was very clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed. Well placed right in the centre of Topsham , but this did mean there was no parking. But we were able to park outside to load and unload the car and use the Holman Way longstay carpark
− Accessed by a flight of quite steep steps, this flat would not be suitable for everyone. It was unfortunate that while we were there, work was being carried out in the property below, which involved an excessive amount of banging and drilling until 8.00pm !!!
a superb stay. Topsham really delivered on all levels and the accommodation was totally superb.
9.0we love Topsham. great location for the reason we were there. plus great shopping, pubs and restaurants. very beautiful location for a weekend away.
− a very small point was that there weren't enough loo rolls. a simple thing but I think you either dont provide them and then people know to get some or provide enough. we ran out and had to get more.
