8.0The house is really well presented with comfortable beds and a quiet and yet convenient location. Walking distance to Tesco and a great pub for food - The Swan Inn, also an amble to a Michelin star restaurant and boat hire, this place is great as a base to explore from.

10.0Lovely stay at Japonica House , family of 3 with 3 dogs. Secure long garden that the dogs loved running around in Everything we needed was there Great Communication from the host Gary , messaging to make sure we had arrived safely and got in ok Would recommend to anyone visiting the area as a great base
