I could not deal with the thought of the cockroaches I left the next day yet I booked for 3nights

− The backyard had a smashed glass table that was not cleaned up and there was cockroaches on the walls and ground in the kitchen and lounge area. The carpet where the coffee table had burn marks and stains everywhere on it. The pull out couch also had rips in it. I have photos of everything also. Definitely was not worth the money we paid. $1000 for 3nights!

Exactly as pictured. Nice outdoor area & a nice touch with the footy ball in the back for the kids to play with. The shared area with the bbq is amazing, such a bummer we didn’t get to utilise it due to the rain. Provided bathroom amenities for arrival. Dryer was amazing! Quick and dry. Extra linen for those cold nights. It’s great!

− The walls were a bit dirty in the hallway. Shower head in the main bedroom lacks pressure. Quick maintenance work** Didn’t affect our review of this nice place.

Location

− No wifi at all due to them not paying bill ( no credit on there wifi) which they blamed us for & it not being plugged in. Which it certainly was. Uncomfortable bed Dirty house, floors, walls, windows & doors Slow communication No direction, for unit wifi or credit on it. I have no idea where outside bins were (We did take rubbish away, though ( or you are fined for not doing so) Place wide open on arrival (back door & verandah) & left open again after there bank did an inspection on the Saturday when we were still renting the place. Large Spikey weeds out in court yard under table & in garden. Not allowed to move this outdoor table or you are fined so table unusable. Outdoor table dirty. Cockaroaches everywhere of a night on kitchen benches & throughout the apartment Half the lights only worked Dirty rug in loungeroom Broken chairs on the verandah unusable Broken furniture in appartment Dirty bench tops Only one key There is no local knowledge for guests' attractions or restaurants nearby for easy stays or a guide brochures, etc Asked for $500 deposit up front into an outside account in case of damage to appartment The apartment as above was very disappointing & I would not recommend to anyone. We did not cause any damage & I am very glad I did not leave the $ 500 deposit for damage as the furniture was damaged already & the apartment unexceptable I discussed this booking with my bank before leaving home & the communication with the host was unexceptable & screamed scam, this is the reason no deposit was left in the first place. Overall very disappointing I have more photos of the dirty bone rug in the loungeroon & the stained damaged dinning table. All like this already

The foot of the bed in the second bedroom is broken. The coffee and tea bags are dated. No milk.
