10.0The appartment suite was neat, quiet, clean and well located. Great host, no issues what so ever. There is a police booth 24/7 garding the street so you feel very safe,. Eventhough you can't park your car in front of the apartment, the police will let you load/unload your luggage.

10.0I recently stayed at an apartment/airbnb in Rome hosted by Grace, and it was my 2nd experience staying in an apartment . Grace was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Although the check-in time was scheduled for 8 PM, she graciously waited until 9:15 PM for our arrival. Additionally, even though check-out was set for 10 AM, she kindly allowed us to stay until 11:30 AM. Grace also gave fantastic recommendations for nearby dining spots. The location couldn't have been better—just a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum and only 2 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. I’m typically very selective about where I stay, as we usually opt for 4- or 5-star hotels, but this place was truly exceptional. It’s newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and absolutely perfect for anyone traveling to Rome. I highly recommend both the apartment and the host, Grace. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

10.0The room is very clean! This room is located within a 2-minute walk of the Trevi Fountain. There is also a very popular pizza restaurant in front of the door, which is very good (but there is a long line). The landlord welcomed us warmly and gave us a bottle of red wine! ：D
