Mamuras Chimgan Mountain Guesthouse - Entire Dacha

Comfortable dacha in a glorious nature setting, close to major sights with a great patio area

I was only at Mamuras for 1 night and arrived in the afternoon so my review is fairly limited but I wish I could have stayed for more, because the setting is absolutely glorious! Set right up the mountain with almost no other houses near with a spectacular sweeping view of the valley. It was a memorable thing to stand out there at sunset. I also loved the outside area and had I stayed longer I would have liked to had a bbq and a night fire and would have liked the pool to be available to use. Word of warning here, the roads up to the dacha are fairly tough going. I had a 4x4 and it was still a fair test and you cannot get up the final stretch so a small walk is in order. Not a problem at all. The kitchen had a big fridge and everything you need to cook a good dinner and I made a good plov which I ate outside. A suggestion, if you plan to stay a few days you should do a good stock up at the big supermarket in Chorvoq as there are only smaller local shops around.

− There was a small issue with the place being fully ready on my arrival but a quick call to the very nice owner and all was taken care of. I also didn't manage to get hot water for a shower perhaps I did not have it turned on early enough or correctly and besides, I like cold showers and after the busy day that was just fine.

− Niestety dacza nie była dobrze posprzątana przed naszym przyjazdem. Brak drewna do opalenia sauny. Klucze wydawane przez 12 letnie (nie mówiące w językach obcych) dziecko, które skasowało więcej niż miało być zgodnie z booking (niewiele więc przymknęliśmy oko). Brudny grill pełny starego popiołu itp. Relacja ceny do jakości, jak na Uzbeckie warunki, słaba
