10.0Percebi a preocupação em tornar a experiência no local algo agradável. A região é bem central,o funcionários da portaria muito educados e solícitos. O quanto bem arrumado, limpo de verdade.
− Nãda em relação ao loft, mas estacionar perto pode ser um pouco complicado. Necessário ter atenção às regras de estacionamento na calçada,por conta da cobrança da prefeitura. Fora isso, não há do que chamar a atenção para pontos negativos.
