10.0The property was perfect . The location is fantastic for access to the area as it’s central to Houghton-le-Spring. The property was so peaceful and relaxing and has everything you need for a comfortable stay . The property is tastefully decorated and furnished and had a lovely homely feel. The host was fantastic and did everything she could to help make my stay run smoothly. Great communication ! I will definitely be booking the property again on my next visit to see family . It’s perfect.

Cosy and comfortable
9.0Small but very cosy and comfortable place. Ideal for a couple. Bed was very comfortable and it was also a quiet area. Ideal location for Rainton arena where we watched a boxing event. Would definitely come back here next time.
