8.0We had a really wonderful weeks stay. Some much needed down time. The cottage is beautiful, my absolute favourite feature was the living room upstairs, it really was very cosy and very convenient as I had two children under the age of 3 who still can be very unsettled, which meant I could sit and relax without running up and down the stairs when they needed me. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was excellent, could do with a few more saucepans but it had everything else, including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer which was very useful! Location was beautiful, The views from the living room were lovely. Host was very friendly and informative with great communication. Definitely would visit again.

− Not clean. Kitchen in particular was filthy in places - microwave, oven, teatowels, cupboards. Bath towels old and tiny, two dirty towels on the back of one bedroom door, footfile in bath, no plug in bath, no toilet roll in bathrooms, holes in one duvet cover, dead flies on the carpet in one bedroom, owner offered use of food items in cupboards which we didn't need to use but many of which very out of date. In poor state of repair in some areas of the house.
