The location was good. Apartment was clean.

− The kitchen exhaust fan was not working. The washing machine was not working. The Ironing board was broken & unusable. The coffee table in the living room was loose & shaky. The living room heater was broken. There was bed side table on only one side and not both sides. No towel holder in the washroom. No floor water wiper in washroom. No clothes hanger in the washroom. Not a good value for money.

− Ubytování se rozpadalo. Celkově silně neupravené. Na úklidu je rozhodně co zlepšovat. V troubě nebyl ani plech a půlka sporáku nefungovala... Ubytování pomalu reaguje na zprávy a nemohu z nich dostat fakturu potřebnou pro moji firmu.

It was clean and tidy and just right for what I needed it for

Black mould in the bedroom, fixtures falling off the walls - not recommended

− Avoid this place! I was shocked to find black mould on the walls behind the beds. This is unsafe and I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in there. This place should not be listed for guests, let alone at £150 per night! (Had to look behind the bed because there was no accessible plug to charge my phone and was really unhappy to find a room full of black mould hidden behind the large headboards...) There have been multiple reviews about the thin curtains letting light in and disrupting guests sleep, yet the owners have done nothing to resolve this. The walls are also paper thin so we were woken up by the flat above or below - not being especially noisy, but just moving around! Lock on bathroom door was held on by tape. Curtain rail was hanging off the wall. The place stinks of old smoke. You have to pay a £200 deposit which was more than the booking itself and go through all the extra admin of that. Communication from the host was really poor about when I would receive the money back, so that was an added stress. If the place was spotless, this would be understandable, but when the place itself is mouldy & falling apart, it seems really unnecessary. The flat was also hard to find in a maze of other buildings and no map or instructions provided. The listing also gives false information stating there are books/puzzles. There were none. Obviously I would NEVER stay here again! And feel a refund is in order for the unsafe conditions, poor communication& false information.
