1.0Very disappointing experience. The place was very dirty and did not look like the photos advertised. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made the stay uncomfortable. The reality was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. I would not recommend this place to other guests.
− The owner was very unfriendly and unhelpful. There is no proper parking available, and you have to pay £30 for one day of parking.
Perfect location and amenities in a beautiful city.
10.0Beautiful location and so handy for exploring Bath. It had everything we could need and more. Nadya was a lovely host and provided excellent communication and stay. The beds were very comfortable and the views stunning. We had a fantastic stay and loved every minute of it.

2.0It s location is as described and close to the town centre
− The blind in the bedroom was stained and did not work. The bed is extremely cramped and no space to move round it ( although I was aware of this before booking) it is still not great the attention to detail in most of the flat is poor and the tiling in the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. The bedding was really creased and the worst I have ever seen in any establishment. I reached out to the owner and she said no one had complained before and her cleaner had been with her for years. In my opinion this is not good enough and for the £207 I paid, I certainly expect the bedding to be of higher quality and at least ironed. The owner offered £20 refund as (in her words) a gesture of good will but I told her I found this more of an insult and that I would be complaining to booking.com

Very beautiful and convenient place!
10.0This flat was very cute and extremely convenient. We enjoyed our stay greatly.
− It's not a fault of the room, but late at night many inebriated people would walk by being loud. I am not too sure if this occurs regularly or if it was a one-off event. But either way, the pros greatly outnumbered that issue.
