Nur Aussicht von der Terrasse

− Schimmel in den Bädern, schmutzige Kuchen- und Haushaltsgeräte, keine Teppiche, keine Gardinen, dreckige Sitzkissen, eine Gasstelle am Herd war undicht, Gasgeruch, keine Reaktion von Vermieter und Booking auf unsere Reklamation ( siehe chatverlauf auf Booking) Wir sind sehr enttäuscht!

Spacious property with nice views

This property is incredibly spacious with fantastic views of Lake Como. The parking garage available for guests is also great and literally right above the steps to the property. The balcony is lovely for meals/coffee (though the view us largely obstructed by a neighboring tree).

− The check-in process was truly absurd—requiring each guest to take a selfie with the front, back and insides of their passports. Never have I experienced such a protracted check-in process in 20 years of traveling through Italy. Likewise, despite being a self check-in property, the management was rather overzealous in trying to obtain our arrival time. As far as the property itself, the bathrooms and kitchen feel quite outdated. There were limited supplies in the kitchen (no paper towel/napkins, for example). The 10am checkout time is also a pain, of course.

Nous avons apprécié le cadre du logement avec sa terrasse, chambres lumineuses et spacieuses, salon et salle à manger aussi. La proximité des restaurants, plage.

− Dommage que l'accès direct au lac de l'appartement ne soit pas possible.

Great location away from the basic tourists. Villa had old world charm with new amenities.

Access to the keys was easy and the instructions (including videos) were clear and concise. I was confident before we arrived that we would have no issues.

− There was a remote check-in process and billing that is required as the Italian tourist tax. This was sent to us a couple days before our arrival while we were in rural CH with limited internet service and no computer. It would have been easier to complete at home prior to our departure from the US as the web site on a phone didnt work perfectly. The host resolved this by accepting the information via WhatsApp which was great.

Great stay on lake Como with fantastic views of the lake and Italian charm.

Loved the Italian lake Como charm

− They should swap out the twin bed for a larger. A TV would’ve been cool as we were kinda stuck with nothing g to do with heavy rains. Otherwise was a great stay and would definitely recommend.

− Not all power points were compatible with the appliances supplied (eg microwave).
