− toilet seat broken and shower wasn’t mounted properly so we had to hold the shower ahead - very annoying and difficult to stop water getting on the floor - not as advertised- really impacted our stay

− Toilet seat was broken, owner said he'd send a handy man but one never showed up Sofa bed was covered in weird stains when you opened it up Owner was very slow to send the pin code for the Lockbox so we were waiting outside for a while
