Appartamento molto confortevole, spazioso dotato di quanto necessario per il nostro soggiorno.

4.0Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la vicinanza ad un luogo di nostro interesse.
− L'appartamento è rimasto in tutto e per tutto agli anni 60, tubi di rame che collegano la doccia al boiler, prese della corrente di 60 anni fa, contatore e tutto l'impianto elettrico rimasto all'età della pietra, sinceramente c'è da temere per la sicurezza. Riscaldamento che riscalda per modo di dire, il mio amico che ha dormito sul divano letto, ha regolato il termostato al massimo ma ha dormito ugualmente vestito. Mi chiedo se possa bastare un estintore per far apparire abitabile un appartamento. Ci vorrebbe una normativa più stringente per non permettere cose simili, tralasciamo gli oltre 100 euro per dormire una notte a marzo a fiumaretta, ma si siamo in Liguria...... Lo dico da genovese. Bidet con acqua che esce con il contagocce.
